Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information about the company and its services to callers and visitors - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will interact with a diverse group of individuals.
