Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls via desk phone (no face-to-face customer contact) Respond efficiently and accurately to customer emails ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
Build lasting relationships with customers and other parts center team members based on trust and reliability Manage and resolve customer complaints, tactfully Provide quality parts recommendation, including alternatives Utilize and navigate through computer applications Other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
Physical Demands:
Ability to answer phone and talk to customers all day in a seated position.
Ability to clearly communicate so that others can understand you.
Ability to do repetitive work.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Compensation details:
