Qualifications:
Applicants must be certified as a behavior analyst / BCBA and will be required to be licensed in the State of Maryland.
Valid Maryland driver's license required.
This is an in-person position.
Program Description:
The BCBA is responsible for the assessment, development, data monitoring, and oversight of the treatment and behavior plans for children up to 6 years of age with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
All treatment is delivered in a center-based setting.
The BCBA must ensure that all treatment and behavior plans are based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
In addition, the BCBA will provide supervision to the Behavior Technicians on his/her team which will include training, support, and evaluation.
The BCBA will provide ongoing collaboration, communication, and training with the client's caregivers.
